But customer need to carry their problem product to AOC Service Centre. Image burn-in warranty is NOT included in this extended 2 years carry-in warranty.Customer need to do simple registration for the extended “2 years carry-in warranty” by either :(a) Whatsapp phone no.: 6398 0774. (Provide date of purchase, model and product serial no.)(b) Dialing directly to AOC Service Centre : 2619 1840.
